Shipping Policy

We ship our products to the 48 continuous states (the Lower 48 states) and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. At this time, we are unable to ship foreign countries. All of our products are shipped via USPS First Class Package only.

Shipping rates will be calculated when you check out based on your order weight and destination address. You will have a choice of rate and method of shipping for your order.

Pearl Pix products from your order takes approximately 1-3 business days to produce and be shipped. This is an average time, but production times can vary slightly for some of our products. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

100% satisfaction guaranteed. However, accidents can happen and if your order does get damaged during shipping, Pearl Pix will re-produce your order and ship it free of charge or issue a store credit.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information.
